Quick Kit Guide
Recommended: Dual Ventilation Kit
Best for most campers. Fresh air in, warm humid air out.
Intake = cooling airflow
Exhaust = condensation control
Dual = best overall setup
“Love mine. Must have for any GFC.”
“Plugged it into my Jackery and it worked great. Didn’t draw much power either.”
“Love it. Got a set for my Super Pacific… working on a little different setup to circulate from bottom and out the top.”
“Love them… brilliant design!”
Why This Works
A fan only helps if the air can actually get where it needs to go.
Inside a rooftop tent, that is harder than it sounds. Bedding, pillows, gear, pets, and the small tent volume all interfere with airflow.
Most camping fans solve the fan problem, but not the placement problem.
Floor fans get blocked.
Clip fans depend on whatever surface is available.
Hanging fans can swing, sit too low, or get in the way.
The Magnetic Fan Mount Ventilation Kit solves the placement problem first.
It mounts through the tent mesh, stays elevated, and can be moved as your setup changes. Aim it toward the sleeping area for cooling airflow, or position it near a vented mesh panel to help exhaust warm, humid air.
Useful airflow.
Cleaner placement.
No permanent modification.
Why This Works Better Than a Regular Camping Fan
Most camping fans are built to move air. This system is built to solve the rooftop tent placement problem.
| Regular Camping Fan | Magnetic Fan Mount Ventilation Kit |
|---|---|
| Sits on the floor, clips on, or hangs down | Mounts elevated through the tent mesh |
| Gets blocked by bedding, pillows, or gear | Keeps airflow clear of the sleeping area |
| Limited by where it can clip or hang | Repositionable as your setup or conditions change |
| Usually circulates air in one spot | Can be configured for intake, exhaust, or dual ventilation |
| Can swing, fall, or get in the way | Low-profile magnetic mount stays secure and out of the way |
| General-purpose camping accessory | Purpose-built for rooftop tent sleep comfort |
Built for Better Sleep in Rooftop Tents
This kit is designed for the conditions that make rooftop tent sleep difficult: limited space, hot or damp air, changing weather, off-grid power, and fan noise close to your head.
Each kit uses a quiet Noctua industrial fan, repositionable magnetic mesh-mount hardware, adjustable speed control, and outdoor-ready printed components.
The fan is IP67 rated for water and dust resistance. Mount components are printed in ASA for strength, impact resistance, and UV stability in outdoor environments.
Each kit is made to order in small batches with attention to fit, durability, and function. Minor surface variations from the manufacturing process are normal and do not affect performance.
Which Kit Should I Choose?
Not sure? Most customers choose the Dual Ventilation Kit.
Dual Ventilation Kit — Best Overall / Most Popular
Fresh air in. Warm, humid air out.
Includes two fans: one intake and one exhaust. Together, they create directional air exchange through the tent instead of simply moving the same air around inside.
Best for:
hot nights
two-person sleeping setups
wedge-style rooftop tents
reducing stagnant heat
helping manage condensation
full-tent ventilation
Choose Dual if you want the best all-around setup.
Single Intake Fan Kit — Best for Cooling Airflow
Too hot? Choose Intake.
The intake setup pulls fresh outside air into the tent and can be positioned to direct airflow toward the sleeping area.
Best for:
warm-weather camping
direct airflow while sleeping
smaller tents
mild to hot climates
Single Exhaust Fan Kit — Best for Condensation Control
Waking up to wet tent walls? Choose Exhaust.
The exhaust setup pulls warm, humid air out of the tent to help reduce stale air and manage condensation.
Best for:
cold mornings
shoulder-season camping
damp climates
condensation-prone tents
Still unsure? Choose the Dual Ventilation Kit. It handles both common problems: cooling airflow and moisture control.

Power & Runtime
The fan system is USB-C powered and compatible with standard phone power banks, USB battery packs, and portable power stations.
A typical 10,000 mAh power bank can power one fan for approximately 12 hours, depending on fan speed, battery quality, and conditions.
For the Dual Ventilation Kit, use a larger power bank or portable power station for overnight runtime, since two fans draw more power than one.
Power bank not included.
Estimated Runtime
| Power Setup | Estimated Runtime |
|---|---|
| 10,000 mAh power bank + single fan | ~12 hours |
| 10,000 mAh power bank + dual fans | ~6 hours |
| 20,000 mAh power bank + single fan | ~24 hours |
| 20,000 mAh power bank + dual fans | ~12 hours |
Performance
Designed to move useful air through confined tent spaces without creating unnecessary noise.
Rated maximum airflow: 107.4 CFM
Maximum noise level: 31.5 dB(A)
In wedge-style rooftop tents, a single fan can refresh roughly a full tent volume of air every 30–60 seconds, depending on vent configuration and setup.
The dual intake/exhaust setup creates directional airflow through the tent. Instead of only circulating air inside the space, it helps pull fresh air in and push warm, humid air out.
This can improve overnight comfort, reduce stagnant heat, and help manage condensation.
Size & Fit
Each fan assembly is large enough to move useful air while staying compact enough for rooftop tent use.
The mount is designed to sit low-profile against the tent mesh and keep the fan elevated, out of the sleeping area, and away from bedding or gear.
Approximate assembled size: 8 in × 7.5 in × 2 in
Weight per fan assembly: ~1 lb
Best mounted on standard rooftop tent mesh panels with access to both sides of the mesh.
Mounting & Compatibility
The mount attaches through standard rooftop tent mesh using a magnetic clamp system.
Compatible with most rooftop tent mesh panels.
Not intended for solid fabric walls, insulated panels, or heavy canvas where the magnetic clamp cannot fully seat through the material.
Works best when mounted through mesh panels with clear access to both sides.
